Repurposed vintage military duffle bag with Matthew Allen's "Seven Seas" artwork printed on it. The artwork was printed using a hand carved linoleum block. Matthew harkened back to his days as a clothing designer and printed up a series of jackets and bags for the 2019 Inspiration LA vintage clothing show. Also a former Surfer Magazine Art Director, much of Matthew's fine art and photography revolves around beach and surf culture. He spends his days shooting photos and making art as well as creating illustrations for clients such as UNIQLO, Ford Motor Company, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Ron Herman, Champion, Vans, Bon Appetit, Food and Wine, and the Anaheim Ducks. Most of his other waking hours are spent surfing and making music.
